CHILD star Rosie McClelland looked very different as she appeared on This Morning today.
Rosie, 17, and her cousin Sophia Grace Brownlee found fame more than a decade ago after they went viral on social media.
The YouTube sensations garnered even more popularity when they performed Nicki Minaj’s Super Bass during their television debut on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2011.
They went on to host red carpets, release a book, and meet celebrities such as Taylor Swift, One Direction, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Drake, and of course – Nicki Minaj.
Since then Rosie has remained present on social media – sharing her life with fans via a series of vlogs.
Despite her huge success, she recently found herself being relentlessly bullied after sharing her GCSE’s exam results with her followers.
At the time she shared a clip of herself crying after realising she had failed.
Speaking about the experience today, Rosie admitted it had been very hard and her mum even said she questioned if she had made the right decision to put her daughter on YouTube.
She told Cat Deeley and Craig Doyle: “It was two days before my birthday and this whole wave of videos hating on me came up, it was me crying and failing and everyone was just making fun of me.
“To be honest, nothing hurts me but this – I was crying for two days straight.”
And her mum admitted: “At the time I questioned why we had put it up and I started to question what we were doing because of haters, and actually we were helping so many people.”
